My Journey

Feeling chronic stress for years, going around and around on the hamster wheel, seeking love, thinking I had it a few times but actually was going around and around in the same unhealthy patterns for years. Waking up one day thinking, there has to be more. What is this life for? What is my purpose? What am I doing with my life? So out of touch with myself and not realizing how disconnected with I was. 

After doing much focused growth, energetically and through aligning my Energy, Mind, and Emotions through simple practices, I discovered that the love has always been within me. People always said, life is what you make of it, and now I truly understand that. I embody that. 

Using simple tools I discovered that I can have control of my emotions. Through energy healings I regained strength in my mind, body and soul and have learned tools to use to stop the replay that was keeping me in that hamster wheel. 

I feel lighter, younger, whole, and truly happy. My anxiety has dissipated and any aches and pains I had actually left my body almost completely. 

Life is truly a beautiful journey. It doesn't have to be a lifetime of healing, the healing can become much quicker when incorporating energy healing. Releasing that stuck energy is so important for us to thrive. And that is truly what I feel now. I am thriving.
